How can one trust the bible if it was written by men?
The Bible claims to be the word of God (2 Tim. 3:16, 2 Peter 1:20,21)
It claims to be reliable–to set forth accurate, historical, eyewitness accounts (1 Jn. 1:1-4; 2 Peter 1:16).
It proves to be reliable on the basis of bibliographic, archaeological and historical tests.
The Bible is extant with scriptures, that identify the author the Holy Spirit of God is the one who directed each of the writers to be a scribe for Him. God doesn’t change, but man over the years has chosen to make changes. These acts don’t change the power of the word of God. When one is IN CHRIST then faith in the triune God will be carried by hope.
