This is so true. True gospel is something that shows the sin in the human heart and proclaims the forgiveness of Jesus Christ. It has the power to transform hearts and gives a fresh new to life. It quiet true that churches have limited this powerful truth of the gospel to faith healing, financial prosperity and many other empty and superficial stuff.
That is indeed Good News! May many more join David Platt’s voice in denouncing ALL Gospels other than the one that is found in the Bible about Jesus Christ forgiving our sins.
