There are estimated to be over 250,000 homeless children living on the streets in Manila, the capital of the Philippines. These street children are poverty stricken, dirty and hungry, trying to survive under the most squalid of conditions. Sadly these homeless children in Manila are also the frequent victims of physical violence and child sexual abuse. It is absolutely heartbreaking.
As Christians we want to try and feed as many of these homeless children as we can in 2023. These hungry children living on the streets should at least be able to have a hot meal once a week. We have Christian volunteers in Manila who are ready and willing to deliver hot meals to homeless hungry street children all over the City.
