Isn’t everyone a broken vessel to some degree or another? Peter denied Jesus how many times? David did what? Solomon had how many wives and concubines? Mary Madeline had how many demons? Paul did what to what to Chrisitans?
I’m reflecting and think about Luke 20:17-18 “And he beheld them, and said, What is this then that is written, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner? Whosoever shall fall upon that stone shall be broken; but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.” You could say, when I was a teenager and God healed me from drug abuse, it was like falling upon the stone. Then I backslid for 10 years till God allowed me to be crushed. Then He put all the powder back together better than humpty dumpty , to the praise of his glorious grace. I know, it means different things, nevertheless, to God be the glory.
