Reflection from Dawn Govender
Good morning saints of God. Hebrews 11: 1 " Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." Faith is believing God for something that has not been manifested yet. Hope is a desire and anticipation, that what you prayed for, is going to manifest. Hope is having an expectantcy to see progress and see the end result.
To have genuine faith in God is to accept God as revealed in scriptures. Trusting God is to have confidence in God and simply believing that He loves you and knowing Heβs good, He has the power to help you, and He wants to help you.
Faith without action is dead. when Peter placed his feet upon the water, his faith then came alive. βBut without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Himβ(Hebrews 11:6). Put your faith in God this morning and believe that whatever you prayed for, will come to pass.
God bless you. Have a Faith-filled Thursday in Jesus!
