A worker who does not need to be ashamed rightly dividing the word of truth shares with the one who seeks for it (TRUTH) as a hidden treasure!
Jesus said, I ask on their behalf. “Father, forgive them, You have given Me they do not know what they are doing they divided up his clothes by casting lots for I do not ask on behalf of the world, but on behalf of those. For I have given them the words You gave Me they are Yours, and they have received them. They knew with certainty that I came from You, and they believed that You sent Me. Now they know that everything You have given Me comes from You. He that hath received his testimony hath set to his seal that God is true.
