How can you do if you are very sleepy during the Service? What caused that? And how to change?

i think we shold check the reason. Sometimes, it is our physical body, so we need do exercise. But some times, it is our spiritual battle. Then, we need pray.

If the message is not related to us we will feel sleepy…we need to pay to the Holy Spirit to talk with us

we should pay and prepare our heats before we come to attend the service…when the Holy Spirit convict the truth in our hearts we cant sleep
