How do you handle with the pain of losing someone you love?
Grieving is a highly individual experience; there’s no right or wrong way to grieve. How you grieve depends on many factors, including your personality and coping style, your life experience, your faith, and how significant the loss was to you.
When someone loses a loved one we want to find a way to comfort them and pay our respects. A really good way to do this is by praying. Prayer helps us to express our love and understanding for others, to empathize with what they are going through and to wish them the strength during such a difficult time. Prayer is an act of love towards others, as well as being something that can bring together people – which is essential during a time of loss.
My prayer- God of love and mercy, embrace all those whose hearts today overflow with grief, unanswered questions and such a sense of loss. Grant them space to express their tears. Hold them close
through the coming days. Amen
That was a tough question especially if you and that person are so close enough. But, we have to remember that our life is God’s life too. We just have to accept the pain, and pray that we can healed by the pain.
