How do you know only one God and Jesus is true? What’s the proof

The Bible, meaning the Old Testament (which is from the Jews) and the New Testament (which is also from the Jews). Read it and test it for yourself. That’s how I settled the matter for myself about whether there was one God or not, Jesus or not, what was true or not and what was the proof.

Because Bible said，Isaiah 44:6
“This is what the Lord says - Israel 's King and Redeemer, the Lord Alimighty: I am the first and Iam the last, apart from me there is no God”
