I am really serious because I don’t understand this at all. I am confused about what it means that God has a plan for you. I have heard from several people that God has a plan for some people and that is whether to be a doctor, lawyer, garbageman or plumber and I am EXTREMELY confused honestly. What does it mean that God has a plan for my life and I am confused. They also talked about your star and your destiny that God has for you. They said that your destiny can be stolen from you by Satan. Can someone please explain all of this because I am terribly confused…
My personal life…I believe that God placed me in the job that I had. In Human Resources in a large shoe factory. I wasn’t saved at that time. But because of my soft ways and humble character I drew people to me. When I got saved I got people into my office during lunch to witness to them. This is how God used me in the workplace. For me I believe this was a plan.
It’s simple… In GOD’s wisdom your life has a PERFECT plan and destiny… When GOD gave us free will we have to choice to follow HIS plan or deviate to our own… Satan will temp you to make your own way, but GOD will always open doors for you to get you back on the right way… Always pray and listen for the answer… Sometimes its just a feeling that one way is right… That is GOD speaking… Pray and always follow the path that seems GODLY…
God’s plan for every human is to save them from sin and make them holy to be fit for heaven to be with him forever by Christ Jesus the savior of the world.
I think God’s plan is that we live in Him & glorify Him in whatever we do. He gave us natural abilities. He also gave us free will to use those abilities, but when we do we must do it in His name. I personally don’t believe God made so & so specifically to be a doctor, I think He gave that person the ability & when the person took up the interest themself He opens & shuts the right doors for that person. Some people are born into a position where they immediately know what they will be doing forever, others need to hop around professions to stay satisfied or to discover what they do best. As long as we’re doing it in God’s name He will be happy w/ our work.
