I often hear the phrase, "obey even if the leader/pastor is wrong, for this is obedience to God."Do you agree?
What means wrong?
If just you think the leader is wrong not means he is really wrong. It may just means you don’t understand his decision.
Respecting leader’s authority is important. It’s a protection. Even he may not always right, not perfect, still need to respect him for he carries the heaviest burden.
Give enough suggestions to your leader to help him to make a better decision.
If a leader asks you to do something against your conscience, don’t need to obey.
i do not agree. if you can do right, and show that to your leader. Then you may change their thinking.
