Immanuel means “God is with us”
21 She will give birth to a son, and you are to name Him Jesus, because He will save His people from their sins.” 22 Now all this took place to fulfill what was spoken by the Lord through the prophet: 23 See, the virgin will become pregnant and give birth to a son, and they will name Him Immanuel, which is translated “God is with us.” (Matt. 1:21-23

If you read Isaiah 9:6, you will see that God Himself (through the prophet Isaiah) also refers to Jesus as “The Mighty God, and Everlasting Father”. Jesus said, if we have seen Him, we have seen Father God, for Father God dwells in Him, and He dwells in Father God. John 14:10
