Jesus Christ said:“BE HOLY AS I AM HOLY”. he didn’t say try. He didn’t say do less sins, or any of the excuses people use to continue to sin

Fact
If no one is holy and righteous here on earth, it simply means no one will go to Heaven.
So if you are still baby sitting a sin(s), an comforting yourself that ‘we sin less’ 'no one is righteous ’ ‘no one is holy’ forget about heaven.

It’s a very good topic , it’s easy for believers to end up in religion , but the Bible does point out those that practice Sin are of the Devil , and it gives a very clear list of who will not inherit the kingdom of heaven . Even goes to say that we are scarcely saved so assuming the majority of professing believers have it wrong and need to get in the Word and seek out there salvation with fear and trembling .

So many people seem to not understand this verse, but God deserves a perfect bride! If we can’t pass the test then we won’t be his bride.

This is professing a works based salvation, which is not what scripture teaches. There were rebukes given to those who turned from grace based salvation back to works based salvation. If we had to work for it ourselves, the cross was meaningless. Was it? Why would the Son of God have to do what He did if we all had to then work for it?Here’s a good analogy for better simple understanding…Imagine God sees down from heaven, you are a big messy garden with thorns weeds and briars etc. But by your faith alone, Jesus took a big preprinted tarp and hung it above your garden space so that God saw only beauty there now. Under the tarp, your garden is a work in progress…weeding areas, tilling other areas, prepping others still. Maybe some have started to fruit and actually match the tarp and maybe not. The point is, it’s never you. It’s all Him. Even faith is a gift.
