Jesus will take care of it

Reflection from GFGC Youths

“For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.” — 2 Corinthians 4:17-18

None of us want to invite pain and suffering into our lives and Paul is an example of a man who went through much suffering in this world for being a Christian but Paul willingly endured his sufferings. May we face lots of afflictions that are inevitable in this world and having eternal perspective and godly grace and patient endurance and unspeakable joy just like what we see in Paul. We don’t need to worry because Jesus will take care of it.

Hello, dear @Maya
Great reflection… Very thoughtful and beautiful, that’s what it means to be a true Christian, yo keep the faith and trust in Jesuschrist, because even if we can’t feel him in a phisical way, he’s there by our side, always taking care of us and always loving us. And as the verse said, what can be seen by our eyes is temporary, one day it will die, but what we can’t see that’s what will live forever.
Kind regards, Luis Guerrero.

@Maya it seems that it is hard not to worry in this situation that we are facing right now. but we as God’s children we have to focus on the things that God can do to us. as what it said Let us not focus on what is seen, instead focus on what is unseen: so what are those unseen things: for me those are the ff:

  1. the love of God, the love that is very unconditional and never leaves us
  2. the salvation that he gave to all of us
  3. the power of our guts and choices
  4. and most of all the ETERNAL LIFE that is waiting for us all who receives him as his personal Lord and saviour .
