My question is HOW do u manage to fast from food when your the 1 who does all the cooking lol.
There is the Daniel fast where you don’t eat meats only the rest of the meal. There are different fasts. Some are to fast one meal a day.
Eat as often as your hungry. But you must eat small portions just to get you by healthy. Over time your stomach will shrink. And the weight will gradually come off. I’m no doctor or even close. I have just witness it working.
