I agree with that God is our shield and refuge in times of need Let all our thoughts be with the Most High, and direct our humble prayers unceasingly to Christ. If we cannot contemplate high and heavenly things, take refuge in the Passion of Christ, and love to dwell within His Sacred Wounds. For if we devoutly seek the Wounds of Jesus and the precious marks of His Passion, you will find great strength in all troubles

Amen. The Lord God is indeed my shield! From all of the evil, from all of the bad thoughts, the anxiety, etc., God is my shield against all of those things. I will stumble and fall but I am not defeated, I only got stronger because God is my shield!
He is truly my knight in shining armour… He is only the person who doesn’t leave, even if everybody does…He is my all time protector…He shield me every time I am on danger, he pulls me up whenever I am down, he shield me from evil doings…Thank you for protecting me Lord…
