Nowadays in China, the use of mobile phones occupies most of the time of people’s life. People look at their phones when they eat, when they go shopping, when they take a bus, etc.
It seems that people have less and less time to communicate with each other, and everyone spends a lot of time browsing the information in their mobile phones, just like drug addiction. Do you think there is some devil’s work involved in this phenomenon?

I think if people think the phone is more important than God, it is wrong.

Yes, of course. Anything that keeps fellowship from happening, human concern one for another from happening.

People need people. They need God the most, and other people second.
The first commandment is to Love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind, soul and strength. And the second is like unto it: love your neighbor as yourself.

The cell phones are never mentioned by our Savior. That does not mean one cannot USE a cell phone for the Glory of God. One can! And greatly. One must do this thoughtfully, consciously. Change all that you follow in social media to scriptural content. Gird yourself up with that, then support other Christians by sharing it.

Just writing on here [this site], answering, pondering, praying. Doing these things are pleasing in the sight of God. But when we use the cell phone as merely a distraction and do not spend the time we should with our God and our fellow man, we are treading dangerous waters indeed.

Some have already lost their children to a little screen.
