Our God is the God who hears the prayers!

The shortest prayer in the Bible was prayed by Apostle Peter when he started to sink while trying to walk on water: “Lord save me”. Amazingly, it is also the prayer that received the quickest answer with Jesus reaching out and catching him. Our God is the God who hears the prayers of completely insignificant creatures - us, out of the vast Universe. Who else should I turn to?

And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. - Acts 4:12

Hello, dear @FaithinGod
This hit me hard… It just shows how awesome and good is God to us, going to the church, rosaries, long prayers… While all good, as it’s praying and showing gratitud and love for the Lord, he’s always listening and he takes all kind of prayers long or short, he’s always there taking care of us. At the most tragic or sad moments he will always answer, we just have to believe and pray, long or short, just pray!
Kind regards, Luis Guerrero.

Hello @FaithinGod Yes indeed! God always hears our prayer. Fighting through the frustration and persevering in prayer is about our hearts more than it is about getting God’s attention. With each prayer, we remind ourselves where our help comes from and we make space in our day to hear from the Lord. God is working and we can trust Him, even when it seems like nothing is happening. Take heart in knowing God hears you and is working all things, even the hard things, together for your good

Hello @FaithinGod God hears your prayer. He delights when we come to him and ask him to help us. He wants to give us the things we need, not the things we think we need. Sometimes the answers we get to prayers aren’t what we want or expect or they take longer than we think they should. But, none of that is the absence of answers. God hears every prayer no matter what method of praying you use: speaking, singing, or thinking. Even our actions can be a prayer to God.

Amen to this, @FaithinGod. God will answer our prayers! If not today, it may be tomorrow or in the future. God has a perfect time for everything and we should believe in His power. He knows when our time will come and He will bless us with what we deserve. Not everything will be in our favor, but it will definitely for our future. Let us continue strengthening our faith in Him and pray to Him everyday.
