Lord God, be well disposed to our prayers, and bless + this vehicle with your holy hand. Appoint your holy angels as an escort over it, who will always shield its passengers and keep them safe from accidents. And as once by your deacon, Philip, you bestowed faith and grace upon the Ethiopian seated in his carriage and reading Holy Writ, so also now show the way of salvation to your servants, in order that, strengthened by your grace and ever intent upon good works, they may attain, after all the successes and failures of this life, the certain happiness of everlasting life; through Christ our Lord. All: Amen
Dear Lord God, bless these cars Lord God that the driver, passengers, and the path that it takes is safe, Dear Lord. May you guide the way, Lord God. We offer you all that we have Lord. In Jesus Christ, I pray, Amen.
touching video. I remembered that in our church, some members pray for each chair in the church, actually they are not praying for the chair, but the ones who will sit there in the later service. The prayer is powerful, it has always transcended the limits of time and space.
I love how he bless the car. It is so unique this is the first time i saw that situation. If i can take interpretation of that situation his prayer partner is the car. they are one praying for one goal to keep them both safe as well as the driver and the passengers that will use the car. i hope this kind of prayer or blessing of the car will be spread. Its like the blessing of new the born baby.
Hello, dear @Jimmy_Ka
Even though I don’t find much necessities in praying for material things, I can see the benefits of it one is that is not an actual prayer for the car per se but for the person that owns that car! And two that car is a material thing but his owner probably had a lot to sacrifice, a lot to work and a lot everything to obtain that car. Some people even depend on them a lot for health reasons. So I’ll add my own prayers to it:
Dear Lord, bless us on this time of need, bless our material possessions that are really needed, bless our hard work, bless our needs and desires, bless our health, remember us your faithful children’s and don’t leave our side, help us fight this virus and be victorious once again, to be able to go to your church and celebrate with you. Amen.
