It’s called Overcoming Thoughts of Suicide and Self-harm
This prayer is from that plan: God, thank You for promising to be with me no matter what I’m going through. I need Your help to be strong and courageous. Please give me the peace and comfort that only Your presence can bring. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
Whenever you guys feel down and might want to hurt yourselves. You should totally try out this plan! And of course, don’t be shy and afraid to seek advice and help from the people in this community. Let us all help each other! The Lord God would be very delighted to see us help one another!
