When I was serving my last sentence in 2018, I was given an inmate prison number; 21214.
As a Chinese, it wasn’t a very pleasant number to associate with, as the number four sounds like the Chinese character, death.
As human beings we tend to dread and shun away from death.
Death is part of a human journey.
Death may be filled with greives, sadness and pain but what comes after death is a kingdom that awaits.
There will not be sadness.There will not be a death. Nor will there be pain to feel.
To be born again in the kingdom of God. One will need not to mourn or cry.
As we usher into the kingdom of God, it will bring an end to all earthly pain and suffering.
