Sadly, oftentimes, we “Christians” are unforgiving in our lives. We harbor grudges, sometimes for years. And yet we STILL expect our own sins to be forgiven. Think about how many things we’ve done and said to/about our fellow man. We would also do good to remember that we are one of those that pushed the crown of thorns upon His head, drove in the nails that bound him to the cross, and pierced His side…and yet He proclaimed “Forgive them, they know not what they do”.
We are commanded to forgive. As you have been forgiven. Forgive also. FATHER FORGIVE US OUR SINS AS WE FORGIVE OUR DEBTORS. Isn’t that what Jesus prayed. We are to follow the example of Jesus.If we have trouble forgiving ask Jesus to help. Pray FATHER… See more
