Silent night, holy night! All is calm, and all is bright

Silent night, holy night!
All is calm, and all is bright
Round yon Virgin, Mother and Child
Holy infant so tender and mild
Sleep in heavenly peace
Sleep in heavenly peace.
Merry Christmas Eve. Today Mary and Joseph would have been making their way to Bethlehem because Joseph had to pay taxes. It was a long journey for Mary riding the donkey while pregnant with Jesus our LORD, hallelujah. But she didn’t know that she was fulfilling prophecies from the LORD.
How many times do we do things that we don’t realize we are doing and it be exactly what God said would come to pass. And everything around us had to happen, good and bad, that we would be in the place we are right now. Just a thought that crossed me mind.
Tonight would be the night Joseph and Mary would find no room in the inns and would have to use a nasty dirty smelly stable. The animals would get to witness the greatest miracle, God being born in this world. Hallelujah, praise the LORD.
O LORD as we prepare for tomorrow, Christmas, the day we celebrate Your birthday please help us to keep our mind and heart on the real reason we celebrate. Not family or friends but the birth of Your salvation and promise to make a way, hallelujah. Thank You LORD for making a way, giving us hope and keeping Your promise, hallelujah. LORD be with us all today.
LORD I lift up to You those that are in a bad spot during this time. Please help them and comfort them. Make a way for the homeless to have a hot meal and a warm place to sleep. Thank You LORD for all You do.
Jesus name, Amen.
Have a bless and wonderful day.
