The Verse about God restoring double what the enemy has stolen?

Isn’t there a verse in the Bible that talks about God restoring double what the enemy has stolen?

Deuteronomy 30:3-13
3 God, your God, will restore everything you lost; he’ll have compassion on you; he’ll come back and pick up the pieces from all the places where you were scattered. 4 No matter how far away you end up, God, your God, will get you out of there 5 and bring you back to the land your ancestors once possessed. It will be yours again. He will give you a good life and make you more numerous than your ancestors. 6 God, your God, will cut away the thick calluses on your heart and your children’s hearts, freeing you to love God, your God, with your whole heart and soul and live, really live. 7 God, your God, will put all these curses on your enemies who hated you and were out to get you. 8 And you will make a new start, listening obediently to God, keeping all his commandments that I’m commanding you today. 9 God, your God, will outdo himself in making things go well for you: you’ll have babies, get calves, grow crops, and enjoy an all-around good life. Yes, God will start enjoying you again, making things go well for you just as he enjoyed doing it for your ancestors. 10 But only if you listen obediently to God, your God, and keep the commandments and regulations written in this Book of Revelation. Nothing halfhearted here; you must return to God, your God, totally, heart and soul, holding nothing back. 11 This commandment that I’m commanding you today isn’t too much for you, it’s not out of your reach. 12 It’s not on a high mountain - you don’t have to get mountaineers to climb the peak and bring it down to your level and explain it before you can live it. 13 And it’s not across the ocean - you don’t have to send sailors out to get it, bring it back, and then explain it before you can live it.

I will restore health to you and heal your wounds, because they called you an outcast (Jeremiah 30:17).

Do not fear, but be glad and rejoice, because God will do great things. He has given you the former rain moderately, and now He will give you the former and the latter rains. The floors will be full of wheat, and the vats will overflow with wine and oil. You will have plenty, and praise God. His people will never be ashamed (Joel 2:21-26).

I will restore health to you and heal your wounds, because they called you an outcast (Jeremiah 30:17). Good! Thank you for your sharing!

Isaiah 61:7
Instead of shame and dishonor, you will enjoy a double share of honor. You will possess a double portion of prosperity in your land, and everlasting joy will be yours.

Great quote, @Ebenesar-Arun. But why did you leave out the first two verses?
Deuteronomy 30:1-2
30 When all these blessings and curses I have set before you come on you and you take them to heart wherever the Lord your God disperses you among the nations, 2 and when you and your children return to the Lord your God and obey him with all your heart and with all your soul according to everything I command you today,

Context, context, context.

Jeremiah 30:4-17

4 These are the words the Lord spoke concerning Israel and Judah: 5 “This is what the Lord says:

“‘Cries of fear are heard—
terror, not peace.
6 Ask and see:
Can a man bear children?
Then why do I see every strong man
with his hands on his stomach like a woman in labor,
every face turned deathly pale?
7 How awful that day will be!
No other will be like it.
It will be a time of trouble for Jacob,
but he will be saved out of it.

8 “‘In that day,’ declares the Lord Almighty,
‘I will break the yoke off their necks
and will tear off their bonds;
no longer will foreigners enslave them.
9 Instead, they will serve the Lord their God
and David their king,
whom I will raise up for them.

10 “‘So do not be afraid, Jacob my servant;
do not be dismayed, Israel,’
declares the Lord.
‘I will surely save you out of a distant place,
your descendants from the land of their exile.
Jacob will again have peace and security,
and no one will make him afraid.
11 I am with you and will save you,’
declares the Lord.
‘Though I completely destroy all the nations
among which I scatter you,
I will not completely destroy you.
I will discipline you but only in due measure;
I will not let you go entirely unpunished.’

12 “This is what the Lord says:

“‘Your wound is incurable,
your injury beyond healing.
13 There is no one to plead your cause,
no remedy for your sore,
no healing for you.
14 All your allies have forgotten you;
they care nothing for you.
I have struck you as an enemy would
and punished you as would the cruel,
because your guilt is so great
and your sins so many.
15 Why do you cry out over your wound,
your pain that has no cure?
Because of your great guilt and many sins
I have done these things to you.

16 “‘But all who devour you will be devoured;
all your enemies will go into exile.
Those who plunder you will be plundered;
all who make spoil of you I will despoil.
17 But I will restore you to health
and heal your wounds,’
declares the Lord,
‘because you are called an outcast,
Zion for whom no one cares.’

You know, these things the LORD said to Israel are not things you can just “claim” like they are magic talismans. Always look at context.

Your quote of Joel 2:21-26 is also missing much!

Joel 2:21-26 New International Version (NIV)
21 Do not be afraid, land of Judah;
be glad and rejoice.
Surely the Lord has done great things!
22 Do not be afraid, you wild animals,
for the pastures in the wilderness are becoming green.
The trees are bearing their fruit;
the fig tree and the vine yield their riches.
23 Be glad, people of Zion,
rejoice in the Lord your God,
for he has given you the autumn rains
because he is faithful.
He sends you abundant showers,
both autumn and spring rains, as before.
24 The threshing floors will be filled with grain;
the vats will overflow with new wine and oil.

25 “I will repay you for the years the locusts have eaten—
the great locust and the young locust,
the other locusts and the locust swarm—
my great army that I sent among you.
26 You will have plenty to eat, until you are full,
and you will praise the name of the Lord your God,
who has worked wonders for you;
never again will my people be shamed.

I don’t see how you can claim all that is only 4 lines long. What version are you using?

It’s important that if we quote the Bible we quote all the words, not leave some conveniently out.

This is Jeremiah 30:17, in full.

Jeremiah 30:17 New International Version (NIV)
17 But I will restore you to health
and heal your wounds,’
declares the Lord,
‘because you are called an outcast,
Zion for whom no one cares.’

The Bible is not a treasure chest of fortune cookies! There is CONTEXT!

me too:
I will restore health to you and heal your wounds, because they called you an outcast (Jeremiah 30:17).
