Isn’t there a verse in the Bible that talks about God restoring double what the enemy has stolen?
Deuteronomy 30:3-13
3 God, your God, will restore everything you lost; he’ll have compassion on you; he’ll come back and pick up the pieces from all the places where you were scattered. 4 No matter how far away you end up, God, your God, will get you out of there 5 and bring you back to the land your ancestors once possessed. It will be yours again. Do not fear, but be glad and rejoice, because God will do great things. He has given you the former rain moderately, and now He will give you the former and the latter rains. Jeremiah 30:4-17

You know, these things the LORD said to Israel are not things you can just “claim” like they are magic talismans. Always look at context.
Your quote of Joel 2:21-26 is also missing much!

I don’t see how you can claim all that is only 4 lines long. What version are you using?
It’s important that if we quote the Bible we quote all the words, not leave some conveniently out.
