They hated him before they hated you
They hated him for telling the truth. If that was why they hated us we could rejoice … instead we give them REASON to hate and fear us because we hate, fear and oppress them. Shame on us. We must repent. Then we can be useful to God.
Because the name Jesus convict sin. Those who love their wickedness will hate the Holy Spirit in you!
And now if we are blessed that can hate us both… haha I am still picking Jesus’s side.
