@kianna i believe that When your heart is free, you can see what is a head of you.
You are happy and spirit free. And because you are FREE you enjoying the fruit of the Spirit which are Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness Faithfulness Gentleness and Self Control. You cannot enjoy those if the Spirit is not with you and you are continuously on the darkness.
