“God Is Always With Me”
It doesn’t seem to matter
Where my spirits lie,
God is always with me.
He’s close by my side.
Whether dwelling on the mountaintop,
Or wandering in the wilderness,
I find myself being blessed
By His faithfulness.
If I’d continually seek Him
With each and every care,
My valleys wouldn’t be as deep,
My mountaintop’s not so rare.
It seems when I am giving to Him
My days, as I awake,
I don’t feel so alone.
His joy, I can partake.
The choice is daily, hourly
Walking with my Lord all the way.
It’s His desire that I seek Him
Each step throughout my day.
