No. It is being so in love with God you don’t want to remove yourself from His presence.

Sort of lol…some who are afraid are awestruck by His majesty and glory and power. (Instances of people falling on their faces, unable to move, like one who is dead etc) That is a right type of fear as well. They fear His amazing goodness as well. (Fisherman boat overflowing)

Fear of His punishment. For example, in the days of Noah, they did not fear a flood. What happened to them? Fear of going to hell. Those who fear it will repent.
