What is the highest form of worship to God?

A Living Sacrifice to God
12 And so, dear brothers and sisters,[a] I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him.[b]

But the time is coming–indeed it’s here now–when true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth. The Father is looking for those who will worship him that way.
I think personally the highest level of worship is “Living according to the word of God”.

i think the highest form of worship God is our pure heart. Jesus said God is the spirit, so we need worship him with our soul and mind.
Worship Him in spirit and in truth; and offer our lives as living sacrifices–this is our spiritual act of worship.
