John says, God is love. The most important image of God is love.

God is unseen, God is spirit. God’s image is the image of Jesus Christ. The Bible says, “No one has ever seen God, but God the One and Only, who is at the Father’s side, has made him known”. The image of Jesus Christ is grace and truth.

Paul wrote: ‘[Jesus] is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by him all things were created…For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him…’ (Colossians 1:15–19)

God has the image of love. Love is a relationship. We know in our souls that we were not made to live in isolation. “No man is an island.” Because God has put the image of love into us. The most important relationship for human being is the relationship of love with God. As Augustine so powerfully expressed it: “You created us for yourself, O God, and our hearts will not rest until they find their rest in you.” Here is the relationship that fulfils and transcends all others. Here in Christ is the vision of love that elevates and redeems human life.

The image of God is Jesus Christ. It is the image that we will be when restored.

The image of God is love. In the Bible it said," God is love." and if we look into the depth of ourselves. All of us want to love and to be loved.

The image of God is love, 1 John 4:8: “whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.”
We have the image of God in us. No matter adults, children, men, women, young people or the elderly, they are eager to receive love and desire to give love.
