Fact is when he preached to the gentiles. He didn’t introduce them to scriptures. He introduced them to Jesus. He revealed Christ in the nations.

I guess you missed in every letter he wrote his quotes from the old testament as well as Luke’s story of the Bereans who checked his words against OT scriptures.

That was the right approach because unless and until you know that Jesus is the only saviour it is difficult to understand and practically implement his commands.
