The first time I came to church, I asked this question to one brother who is a senior Christian. Actually that time he just graduated as Master student whose major is geology, but I had no faith yet. When I thought of god, what appeared in my mind was some images of idols, such as Buddha. So I wondered what’s the image of God in the eyes of Christians, especially those who have earned a high education? Then the brother told me that, when he thought of God, he thought of the word of God. I couldn’t understand at that time. But now, as a Christian too, I agree with him.
So I’d like to know, when you think of God, what appears first in your mind?
When I think of God, the image of shepherd of Jesus Christ appears in my mind first. Because I learned many stories through the Gospel books, I remembers much about his life.
A loving father
A father, not an almighty God.
A humble king.
And I am his prince.
God with me any time and love me so much, through his blood I can
be saved.My sin can be clean.
