Why is there no women among the Twelve?

What do you think and does it means that Jesus discriminates against women?

At that time women like slave no social status. But many womens recorded in Bible that’s amazing.

In the time of Jesus two thousand years ago, men and women played different roles and shared different responsibilities in society according to the prevailing culture and tradition. Men and women are required to work in the rural areas. Men in the general industry in urban areas are mostly run by men, whereas women are mostly at home. Jesus preached everywhere, and the number of calling men was naturally greater, but there were also many women who followed him. Jesus chose the twelve apostles and sent them all over the cities and towns to preach the gospel of the kingdom. It was not suitable for such a long-term mission abroad to be undertaken by women in society at that time. It was also unacceptable to contemporary generations and difficult to collect To fruit. This is not a question of right and wrong, a question of right and wrong, nor a fact of truth, but limited to the culture and general practices of that time.

Mark 3:13 Jesus went up on a mountainside and called to him those he wanted, and they came to him. 14 He appointed twelve[a] that they might be with him and that he might send them out to preach 15 and to have authority to drive out demons.

Jesus elected the twelve at he wants, it has nothing to do with gender.

Mark 9:35 New King James Version (NKJV)

35 And He sat down, called the twelve, and said to them, “If anyone desires to be first, he shall be last of all and servant of all.”

Where does that put women? I would say it is a great blessing.

Also, who was the first to see Jesus after He resurrected?
