Will suffering make faith grow?-2

Will suffering make faith grow?
Faith is easy in good times. Is it really faith or just intellectual assent? To know where your faith is, it must be tested. Will you still trust God even in difficulty? Karen Brandt

In suffering and tribulations a person will either become better or bitter.

It doesn’t say in the Bible that the sailing will be smooth, the disciples in the boat panicked due to the huge swell while the Master slept , they had forgotten the words the Master had spoken earlier (that they go to the other side)you’ll encounter all different sorts of trials but the ending is sweet , stay Blessed

It really depends on the person and what type of “suffering” you are referring to. Some entitled Christians (first world countries) think being stuck at home due to a pandemic is “suffering”. Some think the internet being unavailable for any length of time (or not offered) is suffering. Then there are people who “just don’t get it” or just don’t learn their lessons no matter what they go through and instead live a life with a “victim” mentality…they give up on life, on themselves and more so on their faith.
