Won’t you accept my Jesus as your Savior today?

Reflection from Brenda Shew Gardner

My God does not need my help. He created the universe. He created mankind, He instructs mankind, and He alone will judge mankind.
If a person comes to you (a non-christian), and says to you, you are going to Hell. You are a sinner. You must stop doing these evil things, stop doing this and this, and start doing this, and dress like this, and do this on this day. You cannot sin anymore. You have to start going to church, don’t drink, dance, smoke, cuss, don’t do this, and stop doing this. and finally if you do all of these things, maybe Jesus will let you go to Heaven.

On the contrary, If someone says to me ( a non-christian), I have seen your struggles, your sadness, your troubles. I have some good news. Jesus loves you just the way you are. He wants a relationship with you. He wants to be your help in times of trouble. He wants to be by your side when you are lonely. Jesus wants to help you win your battles, whether they be giants of addiction to drugs, alcohol, or depression, of pornography or cruelty. God sent his only Son Jesus to die for YOU. If you were the only person in the world, He would have sacrificed himself for you, so you could live in Heaven with him for eternity. You are the Reason Jesus (who is God, our creater) came to this world as a man to save us from a miserable life and an eternity in Hell. All you have to do is believe and have faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and He will forgive all of your sins. Ask him to live in your heart forever and follow him and the Holy Spirit will dwell inside of you. He will direct your path. He will be coming back soon and we will rise up in the air and meet him. Won’t you accept my Jesus as your Savior today? Your life will never be the same.

Now which non-christian do you think is more likely to accept Jesus as their savior? The first guy just might say "Hmmm, that sounds too hard for me to even try. Forget that Man?

Jesus told us, why would you tell another man’s servant what to do?

Who gets my point?

Yes, the second one is right. We are all a little lost and trying to get the hang of life. We stumble and fall and it is normal. What’s important is that we stand up and continue to glory with the Lord God.

Amen to this one! Yes, your life will never be the same again! Looking back at how I love life before, it has been very rough and hard, and I feel like the whole world just loves to make fun of me. But, when I accepted Jesus as my Savior, everything completely changed! In fighting my battles, I am now 10x stronger, every victory feels different when I celebrate it with the Lord. I have not seen myself again in the situation where I was before! God is good!
