A worker who does not need to be ashamed rightly dividing the word of truth shares with the ones who seek for it (TRUTH) as a hidden treasure!
One Sabbath Jesus was teaching in one of the synagogues blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence is in Him. He is like a tree planted by the waters that sends out its roots toward the stream. It does not fear when the heat comes, and its leaves are always green. It does not worry in a year of drought, nor does it cease to produce fruit. The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it? I baptize you with water for repentance, but after me will come One more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire. "Jesus told this parable: “A man had a fig tree that was planted in his vineyard. Then He went to look for fruit on it, but did not find any. So he said to the keeper of the vineyard, ‘Look the righteous will thrive like foliage but he who trusts in his riches will fall, for the past three years I have come to search for fruit on this fig tree and haven’t found any. Therefore cut it down! Why should it use up the soil?’‘ Sir, do not, the man replied presume to say to yourselves, ‘‘leave it alone again this year, until I dig around it and fertilize it. We have Abraham as our father for I tell you that out of these stones God can raise up children for Abraham. If it bears fruit next year, fine. But if not, you can cut it down.” The axe lies ready at the root of the trees, and every tree that does not produce good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire. The man who touches them must be armed with iron or with the shaft of a spear. The fire burns them to ashes in the place where they lie.
